1. Who we are

2. Business users

These terms apply to businesses using Lonsa. The person creating an account confirms that they can bind that business. Consumer accounts are not supported at launch.

3. Service and responsibilities

Lonsa provides service, availability, booking, WhatsApp Business, and Google Calendar software. Lonsa’s PostgreSQL booking record is authoritative. Third-party integrations may be unavailable independently of Lonsa.

Customers remain responsible for accurate configuration, lawful customer communications, and authorized use of connected accounts.

4. Acceptable use

• Protect account credentials and report suspected misuse.
• Do not use Lonsa for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.
• Only provide personal data with a valid legal basis and appropriate notice.
• Do not bypass security, tenant isolation, or usage controls.

5. Commercial terms

[TO CONFIRM] confirm pricing, trial, billing, tax, payment, cancellation, and refund policies.

6. Availability and support

[TO CONFIRM] confirm support channels, maintenance policy, and any service levels. Material adverse changes will be communicated in advance where appropriate.

7. Data and privacy

Lonsa is controller for account and contract data and generally processor for salon-customer data handled on a business customer’s instructions. See the Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement.

8. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Lonsa retains rights in its software and documentation. Customers retain rights in their data. Both parties protect non-public business information unless disclosure is legally required.

9. Suspension and termination

[TO CONFIRM] confirm suspension, export, cancellation, return, and deletion procedures. Lonsa may restrict access for serious misuse, security risk, or legal obligation.

10. Liability and disputes

[TO CONFIRM] obtain Dutch legal review of liability, indemnity, force majeure, and competent court. Dutch law governs; mandatory liability is never excluded.
